Correspondence, articles, promotional materials, and clippings concerning the Rengo Company, which made Rengo Fruit, an alleged obesity cure, 1910-1942; Reolo, a cure-all which supposedly supplied essential mineral salts to cells, 1920-1937; the Research Foundation for Radiation Effects, a research clinic devoted to cancer cures, 1963, 1967; the Research Institute of Metabolism and Nutrition, which sought a cure for obesity, 1968; and the Research Institute of Mother and Child Care, which had some connection with Ross Laboratories, makers of Similac, an infant formula, 1957-1962.
